These dates will be added to the confirmed list of dates for National Events found on the Rccaoi Calendar over the coming days. 

 

Round 3 of the RCCAOI 1/10th Electric off road Nationals 

is on at the DMCC on Sunday 29th June.

 

Doors will be open at 8:30am with the track open for practice from 9:00 till 10am.
Can drivers please book in as soon as they arrive!!!

Booking in will finish at 10am with the drivers briefing shortly after.
The first heat will kick off at 10:30am.
We will also stop for a 30 minute lunch break after Qualifying.
 
There is plenty of indoor pitting and tables are provided. Power is also provided (bring an extension cable)
Race fee is €10 for the first class plus €5 for a second.
Control tyres for the day is Schumacher mini spikes or Ballistic Buggy mini spikes on all driven axles.
The timing system is Mylaps RC4 and there will be handouts available.

There is a Cafe which does take away food in the Seamus Ennis Center in Naul village and a shop just
opposite.(Naul village is less than 1 minute drive)

Timetable details for round 1 of the 1/10th Electric Buggy Series being held at NAVAN Nut Nitro are as follows:

UPDATE 

Nationals in Navan NNN on Saturday week 26th -

“The plan for the day is 3 Qual heats and a 3 Leg final. Each round should take about 1 hour -
Gates open/booking in 8.30am
Practice 9 to 10am. 
Track closed 10am
Drivers Briefing 10:10am
First race 10:30am
Stop for 30 min Lunch at approx 1.30 (after qualifying)
First final at 2pm
Day should be done by 5pm (ish)”

Update to the general information which was given out recently.
After testing over the last two weekends a decision has been made to allow Ballistic Buggy tires for the 2014 season for all Astro rounds.
